Awakening Wisdom

Awakening Wisdom
Weekend Non-Residential Retreat

with
Pam Weiss
Guest Senior Dharma Teacher

Hybrid In-Person and Zoom

The Buddha’s dying words to his disciples were:

All conditioned phenomena are impermanent. Things fall apart. Tread the Path with care.

During this weekend silent meditation retreat, we will unfold the Buddha’s teachings on the Eightfold Noble Path and explore what it means to “tread the Path with care.” The focus of our time together will be be on the wisdom (panna) basket of the Path—Wise View and Wise Intention. We will take up these teachings as a radical reorientation to the world, and explore how they support us in responding to our lives with wisdom and compassion. Our time together will open and close with time for reflection and interactive inquiry. Over the course of the weekend, we will weave periods of silent stillness and movement, Dharma talks and discussion.

This retreat is open to both new and experienced practitioners. All are welcome.
