Investigating Reality

Investigating Reality

Inquiry is a powerful practice for investigating reality. During this weekend we will discover and explore the Dharma that is alive in each of us. With Mindfulness and Investigation, we’ll engage body, heart and mind, learning to inquire into our experience, the experience of others, and our True Nature. Together we will learn how to stay embodied as we think, feel, speak and listen. Through inquiry we will explore our relationship with and understanding of the dharma, truth, ourselves and the nature of reality.

Each meeting will include meditation, a dharma talk, interactive inquiry, and questions & comments. Please bring your heartfelt love of the truth to our weekend.
