Finding a Reliable Refuge: An Online Weekend Retreat

Everyone is looking for a place of safety and rest in the midst of our painful, challenging and uncertain pandemic. The Buddha’s teaching and practices remind us that we can tap into a sense of stability and well-being within our own nature (independent of circumstance), a way of living in harmony with life the way it is, and a welcoming community of support. Let’s realize our capacity for peace and learn to be a refuge for others. We will sit and walk alone together on this surprisingly intimate online meditation.

There will be opportunities to speak about your meditation experiences along with meditation instructions that follow the map of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Lovingkindness meditation will also be offered.

The retreat is suitable for new and experienced meditators.
